Retirement rules and implementation status

※The company follows Label Standards Law, provide regular retirement benefits to the Bank Of Taiwan. Since July 1st 2005, implementation new law of Labor Pension Act and follow the rule of Labor Pensions Ordinance. Whoever choose new law of Labor Pension Act, company have to provide 6% employee´s salary to labor pensions account.
